Cherry Blossoms and Disney Sea

Cherry blossom season is pretty much over, unfortunately. But I finally got to experience 花見 a.k.a. cherry blossom viewing. It was so much fun! It was a beautiful day and we went to 北の丸公園 (Kita no Maru Park) in Tokyo, and Aki and I met up with some of my coworkers who all go to the same Japanese language school, where I now attend too. It was quite insane because Tokyo University of Science was having their entrance ceremony at the park, and it ended right when we arrived. Therefore, it was a mad house. But once we battled through the people, we found the group. It basically consisted of talking, eating, drinking, and we played a few games courtesy of the school staff. After that, we ended up in Ginza at some point drinking at this cool little 300円 bar. For Ginza, that is CHEAP.

This past weekend, I went to Tokyo Disney Sea with Aki. It was amazing! It was my first time doing anything Disney-land-like EVER so I was really excited. It was nice weather, and it wasn't that crowded. We got to ride the Tower of Terror and Center of the Earth twice! Which, apparently, is quite rare, especially because we went at 3 p.m.

The night view was amazing. Unfortunately, turning on the flash killed it, and without the flash, it was blurry. I did get this pretty cool shot of the Indiana Jones area though.
Well, I guess that is all for now. Until next time!
